MY STORY
My name is Jo, I’m a passionate herstorian, fierce feminist and a first time mum.
Ever since I can remember I have always loved history, especially women’s history so when I was brainstorming how to manage my anxiety through igniting my passion, a women’s history blog seemed an obvious choice.
The aim of this blog is to celebrate and promote women’s history with a particular focus on women with links to Merseyside. I hope to demonstrate that local history is rich with herstory and Liverpool has many sheroes that deserve admiration, praise and most importantly recognition!
